Members of the public are invited to attend the meetings.
Residents who wish to submit questions for response at the Council Meeting are required to give written notice to be received by the General Manager at least 6 days before the Council Meeting date. A maximum of two questions may be submitted per resident.
Copies of the Agenda for the Council and Committee Meetings will be available from the Civic Centre and Bruny Service Centre or on Council's Web Site 4 days before the meeting dates and at the meetings.
Copies of all Committee Minutes will be available with the Agenda for the Council Meeting.
Copies of Minutes of the Council Meeting will be available at the Civic Centre, Bruny Service Centre and Kingston Library on the Thursday (after 12 noon) in the next week following the Council Meeting. They will also be available on Councils Web site.
Meetings of Council and Committees will be held at the Kingborough Civic Centre.
Note: Access to Council and Committee Meetings can be gained from the rear car park entrance off Hutchins Street.
