Mamma Rosa & Really Really Free Market

Acting Kingborough Mayor, Jo Westwood said the Really Really Free Market was back by community demand this Saturday 19 June 12pm-1pm at the Kingborough Community Hub.
Cr Westwood said it was important that the community had opportunities to recycle and reuse unwanted home items.
“This market gives community members an opportunity to prevent reusable items from going into landfill.
“The Council has also organised the attendance of special guest Mamma Rosa who is set to spruik the theme ‘No Waste Nothing’.
“Mamma Rosa is part of the Kingborough Council’s waste education campaign to reduce waste to landfill and to inspire useful tips for around the home.
“There is still time to book yourself a table and declutter your drawers, cupboards and garage of items that are no longer needed,” Cr Westwood said.
“The Really Really Free Market is a way that people can give away their items they no longer need and help someone else in their community.
If you want to get involved and have a table at the Really Really Free Market, please book here.
