Council is running a consultation to better understand how the community prefers to stay informed.
Acting Mayor Christian Street said your feedback will help shape how Council shares information, engages with the community and keeps people updated.
“Everyone connects with Council differently,” Cr Street said.
“Some people prefer to get their information through social media, while others rely on our website, newsletters, local media or face-to-face conversations.
“We want to understand what works best for our community so we can continue improving how we communicate making sure important information reaches residents in ways that are timely, accessible and relevant.
“Whether it’s information about community projects, road works, events, services or emergency updates, it’s important that people can easily find the information they need.
“Whether you regularly engage with Council or only occasionally seek information, we’d like to hear from you.”
The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and is open until 10 August 2026.
