Skill yourself up in understanding the natural world – learn how to know your local reserve or backyard better and what native plants and animals live there
Join BJ, Council’s Natural Areas Interpretation Officer, as she takes you through tools to help identify the native Tasmanian plants and animals around you, where and how to find them and some of the actions you can do on your property to create ‘backyard biodiversity’. We’ll also touch on the health benefits of nature and some Council programs that help you get out there.
Morning tea is provided.
