First Aid at Home: caring for yourself, your grandkids and your fur babies
Join us for an interactive Tuesday Talk for seniors (60+), focused on practical first aid skills you can use in everyday life.
Presented by Margaret Jacobson, Community Education Facilitator, St John Tasmania.
What you will learn to support yourself and others:
- First aid tips for common situations at home
- Caring for yourself with confidence
- What to do if a grandchild has an accident while visiting
- Basic first aid considerations for pets and “fur babies”
- Clear demonstrations and opportunities to practise
This is a practical, hands-on session designed for everyday situations at home, with simple explanations, participation and time for questions in a friendly and supportive environment.
