Tuesday Talk: How to Connect with Nature for Better Health

Join BJ, Council’s Natural Areas Interpretation Officer, as she explores how spending time in Kingborough’s accessible bushland reserves can support your physical and mental wellbeing.

BJ will share how these nearby natural spaces help protect local wildlife and wildflowers, while also offering easy opportunities for community members to slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy its proven health benefits.

Learn simple ways to make the most of the pockets of nature right within our community – often near your backdoor!

Morning tea is provided.

Location: Kingborough Community Hub, 7 Goshawk Way, Kingston.

Entry is free. Bookings required, please RSVP.
