Yoga Nidra Evening Meditation

Helen of Bee Breath Yoga will guide you through a deep 45-minute yoga nidra guided meditation at Kingston Beach Hall.
Arrive having eaten a light dinner and bring a yoga/exercise mat and all items to get yourself cosy such as a rolled-up blanket or bolster to support your knees, eye pillow, blankets, warm clothes.
Being picked up afterwards is recommended if possible because you will feel very sleepy so you can go from car to bed, bypassing the Sunday blues and gliding into Monday rejuvenated and rested.
