Get Active with Kingborough Fitness Centre

A great lunchtime opportunity to leave your chair and get some cardio movement.

This free class has different levels which makes it suitable for people who are new to exercise or for those who want a higher intensity workout. No equipment is required. Please bring water and towel and wear gym clothes/shoes. Sign up for one class or join all four.
