Nordic Walking is a form of exercise using specially designed poles. It’s great for older people hoping to regain or maintain fitness because it uses most of the muscles in the body. It’s good for cardio fitness and its fun!
There are still a few spaces available on the next series of classes – being led by an experienced instructor.
The next Nordic Walking sessions are from 9.30am to 10.30am, Thursdays, on the following dates:
