This engagement is now closed. We would like to thank the community for their feedback and contribution to the consultation.

The Sport and Recreation Strategy 2024 was approved at the 18 March 2024 Council meeting.

The Sports and Recreation Strategy 2024 identified what the gaps were in our sporting and recreation facilities and the barriers stopping people from actively participating in these activities. The strategy was developed off the back of a highly successful community engagement, which involved over 1000 community participants. Sports and Recreation Engagement Report
