Council is seeking nominations for appointment to its Special Committees responsible for the management of community halls across the municipality.
Joining a Hall Management Committee is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to your local community. Committee members help guide the management and future direction of community halls, support local events and activities, encourage greater community use of these facilities, and foster connection and belonging among residents.
Hall Management Committees play a vital role in ensuring these valued community spaces remain vibrant, welcoming and accessible. Their success relies on dedicated volunteers who generously contribute their time, skills and local knowledge.
