As the Planning Department are currently going through significant recruitment processes, an interim reduced customer service will be in place.
Planners will only be available to answer questions between 10 am and 2 pm. Customers can still arrange for a 15 minute meeting with planners if required. These must be booked through our Customer Service Team.
It is hoped this process will enable staff to meet planning requirements.
