Please note: Barretta Waste and Recycling Centre will be closed from Monday, 7 July.
The closure is expected to last a few days, and the community can monitor Kingborough Council’s social media and website for updates.
The green waste and recycling drop off areas remain open for the community to use. The Reuse Shop will also remain open to the public.
Council thanks emergency services for their quick and effective response which has minimised the damage to the facility.
