Healthy Meals on a Budget

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until 26 September, 2023
Eating healthy meals doesn’t have to break the bank.
Learn some cheap, tasty and healthy ways to feed yourself and your family.
We will prepare the meal together and you will be able to take some home for lunch or dinner.
All ingredients supplied.
These sessions will run every Tuesday in September and are free.
