We’re taking our popular Tuesday Talks on the road, from Margate to Kettering, to connect with older residents living south of Kingston.
These sessions are designed to share updates, offer helpful information, and create space for community connection.
Join nutritional therapist Jill Cooper to explore simple, effective ways to support healthy digestion and boost overall vitality as you age.
Doors open at 10.30am, the talk will go from 11am to 12pm.
