Revitalize, replenish and give back to yourself with yoga. Take this opportunity to bend, stretch, balance, breathe as you fill up your cup with some self-care and self-kindness.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
Classes are Wednesday nights 27 July, 3, 10, 17, 24 August at the Mind Body Space.
