Introduction to Meditation Kettering
February 18 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 4 March, 2026

Do you struggle to find the time to slow down and be present? Have you ever tried meditation and thought “I can’t meditate” because your mind was still busy?
Over 4 weeks, Danielle Bendall will guide you through a range of meditation practices that are designed for people who think they can’t meditate or have always been curious to try. Each week you will explore which practices work best for you, and over the 4 weeks you will develop your “mindfulness muscles” through consistent practice.
There’s absolutely no experience necessary, and everyone is welcome.
This session is for people who are new to mediation. The class will be seated on chairs. You won’t be required to sit on floor or lie down. Bring along a cushion or rolled up towel to support your back if required.
This is a 4-week program with sessions on the following dates:
- Wednesday 11 February
- Wednesday 18 February
- Wednesday 25 February
- Wednesday 4 March
The sessions will be held from 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
