Pop-Up Cafe – Nutrition and digestion for healthy ageing

Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee prepared by our young baristas while you listen to an engaging presentation from a guest speaker!
Join nutritional therapist Jill Cooper to explore simple, effective ways to support healthy digestion and boost overall vitality as you age, followed by Q&A.
$5 include a cup of tea/coffee made by our newly trained young baristas.
Doors open at 11 am, the talk will be at 11.30am and run to 12.30pm.
Bookings essential.
