Tuesday Talk – Aged Care Property Transition

When life takes a turn, property transitions can feel overwhelming—but the right support, planning and knowledge can make all the difference.
Join the team from Harrington Road for an engaging, down-to-earth session designed to help older adults and their families navigate the process of selling a home during major life changes like transitioning into Aged Care.
We’ll explore practical steps – like planning ahead, dealing with personal belongings and preparing the home for market – while also touching on the emotional side of change. Through real-world insights and light-hearted discussion, you’ll leave with greater confidence, clarity, and a few tools to help guide the journey.
Morning tea is provided.
