Do you have questions about what Council is doing regarding the water quality in Blackmans Bay?
We will be holding a small family-friendly event on the foreshore (near the toilets and play area), from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, 2 November.
Officers from Council’s Environmental Health and Engineering departments will be on site to discuss the history, present and future water quality investigations and works.
The Department of Health and Derwent Estuary Program will also join us.
There will also be a BBQ and games for the kids from Youth Services!
Should the weather not be conducive to outdoor play, we will hold the session inside the Blackmans Bay Hall.
