Traffic Guidance Scheme

Indemnity & Release

(i) The permit holder releases and discharges Kingborough Council, of which they, but for this permit and document, could, would or might any time hereafter, have, or may have a claim against Kingborough Council in connection with, or arising out of the permit works and subject matter.
(ii) The permit holder indemnifies Kingborough Council and must keep indemnified Kingborough Council against any loss, claim, damage, or expense, including, but not limited to any legal fees incurred by the Council as a result of any claim made against the Council in relation to, or in connection with the permit works and the subject matter.
