All private works or associated activities within a Council road reservation require Council approval. If you are a contractor, construction worker or individual planning works or activities within a Council road reservation (including nature strips and footpaths) you require a road works permit.
Please allow a MINIMUM of 7 days for permits to be assessed and approved.

Permit Fees
Road permits require a fee upon application. The current fees are listed in the annual Council Fees & Charges Schedule.
Any road works, occupation or associated activity must not commence until the permit fee is paid in full, the application is approved, and the permit is issued.
