Events that are being held on Council owned or managed land require a permit. You may be required to fill out applications forms depending on your event.

School holiday activities – Swisherr and Laser Skirmish

Shoot some basketball hoops at Swisherr Academy, where you will be led through a fun program for all levels before having free time to play.  Then we'll go to Tas Laser Skirmish for an open session! Bus provided. BYO lunch. $40 + Booking Fee

Improving your bone health with exercise

Kingborough Community Hub 7 Goshawk Way, Kingston, TAS

Strength training, combined with other weight bearing and balance exercises are important for bone density and preventing injury from falls. Join Sue for a simple class to learn what you can do at home to keep your bones strong. Bring along a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfy clothes to exercise. $5.00

Join Council’s Natural Areas Interpretation Officer, BJ and health professionals for a gentle stroll in nature.
