Drawing with Pastels

Have you felt drawn to pastels, but not sure where to start? Do you like drawing and want to take it to the next level?
This workshop will be an exploration of both drawing and painting with pastels.
Pastel artist Georgia Shine will teach you how to achieve smooth tonal blends using only 4 pastels.
There will be group warm-ups, demonstrations and plenty of opportunity for 1:1 guidance within the class, and all materials and reference photos will be provided.
Georgia has many years of experience with this versatile medium and will be showing some examples of different approaches possible.
As an Alexander Technique teacher, Georgia will also be able to guide you in how to draw in an efficient and sustainable way, so that you can enjoy many years of exploration with this wonderful medium.
This class is suitable for complete beginners to experienced drawers and pastellists.
