Mandala and Meditation

Immerse yourself in an evening of guided mandala drawing and yoga nidra.
About this event
Helen of Bee Breath Yoga will guide you through a 45-minute mandala drawing session at Kin Creative Space, aimed at deconstructing perfectionism and becoming immersed in pure creativity for pleasure.
After a cup of herbal tea to cleanse and refresh, you will be led through a deep 45-minute yoga nidra guided meditation next door at Kingston Beach Hall. Drawing materials and tea are provided.
Arrive having eaten a light dinner and bring a yoga/exercise mat and all items to get yourself cosy such as a rolled-up blanket or bolster to support your knees, eye pillow, blankets, warm clothes. Being picked up afterwards is recommended if possible because you will feel very sleepy so you can go from car to bed, bypassing the Sunday blues and gliding into Monday rejuvenated and rested.
PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:
Yoga mat, comfy blanket, pillow, water bottle.
