In 2021, in response to global issues such as the COVID 19 Global Pandemic and Climate Change, Salvaged Art will carry the theme: Messages of Hope. Provide the community with your message of hope and during the exhibition, visitors will be asked to reply with a message of their own.
Entry is open to all artists, hobbyists, young people, community groups and schools. We ask entrants to create an artwork from recycled, repurposed and reused materials and to address the theme. Entries Close 5pm, Friday 22 October 2021. Please enter online here
There will be prizes in the Open, Amateur, Young People, Children and Schools sections as well as a People’s Choice Award.
The Exhibition will be held in the Kingborough Community Hub and open from Friday 12 November to Sunday 14 November 10am-2pm daily.
The event will be officially opened on Friday 12 November at 6pm.
