Community Grant Applications for 2025 are now closed
Each year Council provides funding to community groups through its Community Grants Program. This grant steam provides financial assistance to non-for-profit community groups and organisations to develop and implement projects and activities which enhance the well-being of the Kingborough community.
Kingborough Council will consider applications from eligible community organisations for grants up to $3,000.
Council encourages groups completing an application to provide detailed information, including quote and benefits, to make sure all the necessary criteria are met.
The Community Grants Program supports activities and initiatives such as:
- Community health and wellbeing
- Arts and culture
- Community development
- Heritage and history
- Sport and recreation
- Festivals and events
- Environmental projects
- Sustainable living
Applications were open until Friday, 29 August 2025 and are now closed.
